Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and once approved we will immediately issue a refund to your original method of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on returning items except incorrect or defective items. There is a 15% Restocking Fee on All Coverlay New Returns. Orders are shipped via: USPS, UPS or FedEx. Orders placed before 2:00 pm Est will be shipped same day. (excluding weekends and holidays) Please allow 48 - 72 Hour Handling Time for Coverlay Products Contact us for Overnight Delivery
